What makes me a holistic health Coach? My personal experiences. Health and medicine inspired me from an early age and have accompanied me since my training as a Health and Medical Nurse. Through some strokes of fate I realized how important inner balance is. A balanced diet, regular exercise and a healthy mind are the 3 pillars for a balanced and fulfilled life.

Consistent exercise is essential. It helps you lose weight in a healthy way and ensures that you remain healthy and active as you get older. It’s important to remember that everyone has different needs and requirements. Together, we’ll find out what kind of exercise suits you best.

Nutrition – Your 2nd Pillar

A healthy diet is the foundation to a healthy life. With my know-how around the appropriate nutrition, e.g. through acid/base nutrition and natural cuisine, we can create together a plan for your healthy diet. The perfect help for losing weight.

Mind – Your 3rd Pillar

The mind can be interpreted in many ways. It is much more than just your personal attitude, with which you start each day. Sometimes it is also the inner temptation that you have to overcome. Let me help you with that.
