No matter at which point in life you are, I will pick you up from that exact point with my coaching. Because all people are different and not everyone achieves the same goals with the same efforts. Diets, nutrition and movement are not automatically suitable for all people. This is exactly where my coaching comes in. I will develop a holistic health concept tailored to your exact needs. A concept that fits your life, your circumstances and your personality. Together we will bring you back to your groove, so that you can enjoy life and, at the same time, bring awareness for your health. In doing so, we naturally adhere to the Ayurvedic saying: It is easier to prevent a disease than to cure it.

Please be aware that my work as your Health Coach is not meant to substitute therapy or medical or psychological therapy. I am here to assist you as a Coach with my expertise.

Don’t panic!

If this sounds just like another friend with 1,000 weight-loss tips that require you to give up everything you like, then I have to disappoint you. Because: Psst, you should know that I love to drink coffee, consider chocolate a staple food and can almost never say “no” to a glass of wine! Jogging? No way! I only started when I was 25 and let me tell you, 3 km was already a long distance for me. At 28 I felt in touch with my body for the first time and built up an intense connection with it through yoga – at which point jogging was forgotten again.

Only recently did I realize that I don’t need to do competitive sports for my personal well-being to stay fit.
Those personal experiences are what help me develop a tailor-made plan with you. A plan that fits your life and your personality.

In doing so, we rely on the three pillars that help you lead a mindful, fulfilled and healthy life: Movement, Nutrition and Mind.

Movement

Regular exercise helps you stay healthy as you age. It helps your balance and promotes your inner peace. Be careful not to constantly compare yourself with others, because balanced exercise means different things to different people. Each of us has different prior conditions that creates different demands on ourselves. What jogging in the park means to one person, may mean yoga or weight training for another. Together we will analyze your previous sporting activities and find the right movement for you, which brings and keeps you in balance. This doesn’t necessarily have to be signing up for a gym membership – together we’ll find creative solutions that work with you and your lifestyle.

Nutrition

It is the foundation and the start of your healthy life: a balanced diet. What foods should you include in your diet? What is important in their preparation? We’ll take a look at your eating habits and together we’ll develop a meal plan that helps you eat healthier, fresher and a wider variety of foods. My knowledge in acid/base nutrition will bring your body’s Acid-Base ratio back into balance and help you live healthier.

Mindset

What does Mindset mean? What does Mindset mean to you? According to the German dictionary, the word “Mind” comes from “looking” or “to be excited”. Perhaps it will be easier if you simply think of the words “head”, “thoughts” or “mindset”. And a good mindset sets the foundation for your satisfaction. To be confident, to believe in yourself and to think positively – this should be how you feel once we begin your coaching with me. Together we will look at your mindset and what your thoughts are about. Our comprehensive concept will help you be calmer, more balanced and have a more positive mindset – the basic prerequisites for achieving balance with your exercise and nutrition. Your temptations scare you? Don’t worry! I know them very well and I know how to deal with them.
